Shipping Time

Under normal circumstances(non-inclusive natural environmental hazards, force majeure factors, etc.)After receiving your order, it will be packaged and Shipped from the warehouse within 48 hours.

Please Note: Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be shipped on the first business day after the holiday. After shipping, you will receive a shipping notification email with the order tracking number in your mailbox. The delivery time of the order is about 3-20 days according to the logistics you choose and the country you are in. We only offer Standard Shipping now.

We stock lenses in both U.S. and Hong Kong warehouses. We follow the proximity rule and ship orders if the items are in stock in the warehouse nearest to the customers.

Important Information

There are factors that can inevitably extend the shipping process, while we are always trying our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner, customs clearance, carrier’s transport conditions, weather conditions, global / regional public safety issues may still disturb the process. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product for any reason without opening the package within 14 working days after receiving the product, you can contact us for a return or exchange application and return the product to us before unpacking the product Exchange or full refund, please note that contact lens products cannot be returned once they are unpacked.

Return/Refund Conditions

1. Items received within 14 business days.
2. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
5. The after-sale warranty is 14 business days upon receiving the parcel(according to the logistic information).

Quality problems(ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. We can replace it after checking.
Please do not throw the lens and lens packages before your problem is solved. We have several different packages, while the color of lenses from different packages may be different.

1. Please check the items whether they are damaged or with the wrong color before you open them.
2. Each order has only one after-sale privilege.
3. Replace, return or refund is not available if the color is not what you expect/wantwhen the product is correct or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes.

To make a return, email us at service@mislens.com to request a return authorization.Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason. If your return request has been proceed we will send you our warehouse address for return.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.No fee for refund.

Late or missing refunds:
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
