Processing Time

In principle, Order Processing Time is within 48 Hours (1-2 Working Days).

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 Working Days.
[U.S. warehouse] Order: 3-5 Working Days.

After processing, the warehouse will deliver the goods in succession.  The actual transit time to your address depends on the logistics company in your country. When your order encounters holidays and weekends, the delivery of the order will be postponed to the first day of the working day.

Please Note: After shipping, you will receive a shipping notification email with the order tracking number in your email. The delivery time of the order is about 3-20 days according to the logistics you choose and the country you are in.

Shipping Method

We only offer Standard Shipping now.

We stock lenses in both U.S. Warehouse and Hong Kong warehouse. We follow the proximity rule and ship orders if the items are in stock in the warehouse nearest to the customers.

We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible.

Customs Charges/Taxes

Customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local authority deems appropriate (customs tax, import duties, VAT, etc.). The price of the goods on our site is not included these fees. These fees are paid to your local carriers or government and are not collected by Mislens, and thus cannot be refunded. Please pay attention to the customs of your country before placing an order Please pay attention to the tariff policy of your country before placing an order, if necessary, please cooperate with customs clearance. Since we are unable to advise the amount of these fees might be, we recommend you contact your country’s customs office.

You can always refer to the link in the shipping notification email for the whereabouts of the parcels. Or you can visit our Track My Order page to follow the shipment.

Wrong Address

When filling in the order information, please confirm that the address is correct and can be delivered. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the delivery address correctly. If you find that the address is wrong after placing an order, please contact us in time to change the address. After we have processed and shipped the package, we cannot redirect the order to another shipping address. The only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us after it failed to be delivered due to the wrong address. Once returned, we will notify you of this update by email. You can ask us to ship it again to the correct address, or we can refund you minus the shipping cost. If you need to reship, the shipping cost will be borne by you.

There are factors that can inevitably extend the shipping process, while we are always trying our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner, customs clearance, carrier’s transport conditions, weather conditions, and global/regional public safety issues may still disturb the process.
