Wrong Address Or Out-Of-Stock Situation
Please take care to enter the correct deliverable address when placing your order, it is your responsibility as a buyer. If you find the wrong address after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours to change the address (because the order may have been packed and sent out after 2 hours). Or if our system recognizes that your address is incorrect, we will contact you to provide the correct address that can be delivered so that the carrier can ship it to you. If you contact us for a second time to resend a package after a long period without a response, you will need to pay the shipping cost or if the package in transit is requested to be returned we will refund you minus the shipping cost.
