To provide our customers with the best care and service, we have implemented a verification system that is in compliance with the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumer Law (FCLCA) and Rules for US customers. Under the FCLCA, we are required to verify your contact lens prescription.
We provide easy methods of verifying your contact lens prescription during your checkout process. You can also submit the copy or photo scan to the email: email@example.com with your name and order ID. If you do not have one, we can verify your prescription directly with your eye care professionals.
1. Upload your copy of the prescription.
You can provide us with a copy of your valid prescription written by eye care professionals. You can either scan or snap a picture of your written prescription. Providing invalid or inaccurate prescriptions may result in order cancellation.(We only accept prescription that has to be the same person as the individual who was prescribed the contact lenses)
2. Submit contact info of your eye care professional / optometrist/optician.
Please provide us with the necessary information, name, and phone number of your eye care professional.
We will contact your eye care professional and verify the accuracy of the prescription. You need to reply and upload your prescription within 24 hours of receiving the email. If there is no response within 24 hours, the system will automatically review the shipment.
3. To protect personal information. We will DELETE your prescription information after the prescription has been verified. Once the prescription is uploaded, we will NOT keep the record for you, you will have to upload it again with your next order.
